Are animals allowed in the rental?
Animals are not always allowed in accommodation.
We invite you to consult the description of the accommodation or via the pictogram (dog paw) on the ad.
If in doubt, do not hesitate to contact us.
Are there any additional fees to add to the rental cost?
The owner may request a security deposit, to be paid on site or in advance. This deposit can be made in cash, by check, transfer or credit card. It will be returned within one month of the departure date, subject to a satisfactory inventory. However, it can be used to cover damage noted, missing or damaged equipment, or additional consumption linked to the stay, in accordance with the contradictory inventory.
Any additional services mentioned in the description of your accommodation (such as the cleaning package or the rental of sheets) must be reserved and paid for on site.
At what time can we collect the keys to the apartment and where?
Please see your "Exchange Voucher", which you will receive after paying the balance of your stay. There you will find the contact details of the person responsible for welcoming you. Please contact her in advance
Do we have to bring our own sheets and towels or are they included?
The answer varies depending on the accommodation. Please see the apartment description for more information. If these items are not included, we offer the possibility of renting sheets and having them delivered to your home, for an additional fee.
How do I add services to my reservation?
You have two options for adding services to your reservation (such as ski passes, ski lessons, sheet rental, etc.): either through your customer area or by contacting us directly.
How much is the reservation deposit?
30% of the total amount of the stay to be paid at the time of booking.
How should I go about booking accommodation?
Visit our website reservation.samoens.com 7 days a week, 24 hours a day:
Start by selecting your dates and the number of participants, then choose the accommodation that suits you, possibly add options (ski passes, ski lessons, sheet rental, etc.) then validate your basket. Then enter your details and confirm your reservation by paying a deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount of the stay by online bank card.
You can also contact us by telephone during opening hours to make the reservation together or if you wish to pay otherwise than by credit card.

The reservation center is open Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Is cleaning included in the rental?
It depends on the accommodation, if cleaning is included in the service, this will be noted in the description of the accommodation. Conversely, if it is not included, you can reserve it with your host (in advance or upon arrival).
Is there cancellation insurance?
Cancellation Insurance is optional, it amounts to 3.4% of the cost of the stay.

You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 30 days before your arrival.
What are the forms of payment accepted ?
By bank card (VISA, MASTERCARD), paper or connect holiday vouchers, check or by bank transfer.
When do you have to pay tourist tax?
It must be paid when you book: between €0.70 and €3 depending on the classification of your accommodation or 5% of the rental amount in the event of non-classification.

When must the balance of the stay be paid?
A maximum of 30 days before your arrival. If paying via credit card, the balance will be taken automatically.
