  • How should I proceed to book an accommodation?
Visit our website booking.samoens.com 7/7 and 24/24:
Select your date ranges and the number of people, choose your accommodation, add the complements to your stay (ski passes, rental of sheets, ...) then validate your basket. Enter your details and confirm the reservation by paying the deposit of 30% of the stay by credit card online.
The booking confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail within 2 working days .
 
You can also contact us by phone during our opening hours so that we can assist you making your booking at the present time.
  • Are there any additional charges to add to the cost of the rental?
The deposit: A deposit is required prior to any key or access to the accomodation. It can be made in cash, by check, bank transfer or credit card. It will be returned after the inventory within 1 month from the date of departure and possibly deducted any damage caused, equipment missing or deteriorated by contradictory inventory or additional consumption attributable to the stay.

  • What is the amount of the booking deposit?
30% of the rental.
  • When do I have to pay the balance?
30 days before your arrival.
  • What are the modes of payment accepted ?
By credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD) or by bank transfer.
  • Is there a cancellation insurance?
The Cancellation Insurance is optional, it correponds to 3.4% of your stay.

  • When does one have to pay the tourist tax?
It must be paid when you make your reservation: between 0.70 € and 3 € depending on the classification of your accommodation. Rate per adult and per night.
  • At what time can we recover the keys of the apartment and where?
Please refer to your "Exchange Voucher" (which is sent to you when you pay the balance of your stay), you will find the coordinates of the person who will welcome you.
Should we bring our sheets and towels or are they included?
It depends on the cases. Please refer to the description of the apartment.
We offer rental and sheets delivery at the place of your stay (with supplement).
