Chalet Mirabelles

The chalet is ideally located 300 meters from the center of Samoëns, less than 5 'walk, in a quiet residential area. Spacious and independent, of a surface of 81 m2, it is implanted on a sported ground and has two places of parking.

On the ground floor:
- an entrance with cupboard,
- an equipped kitchen: ceramic hob 4 burners, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, hood, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, coffee maker, kettle ....
- Living room with 2 sofas including a "trundle beds" (2x1 person), TV,
- a bathroom with shower, vanity unit and WC,
- a play area for children
Upstairs :
- a room with balcony, a bed for two persons of 160 x 200
- a room with balcony, a bed for two persons of 140 x 190 and two bunk beds of 90 x 190,
- a bathroom with shower vanity unit, toilet, hair dryer.
On request, there is a 120 x 60 umbrella type crib with a mattress and a high chair.
The cottage is private & non-smoking; smoking area on the terrace. We can not accommodate animals.
Outside, covered terrace with safe storage (hiking boots, ski, ...) and garden furniture.

A deposit of 800 € will be requested, at the latest at the arrival of the holiday makers, and returned at their departure if no loss, degradation or failure are noted.
The tourist tax will be collected upon arrival of holidaymakers.
