Emplacement du logement dans un cadre environnemental calme et agréable; seuls bémols: longueur des couloirs (logement situé à l'extrémité de l'immeuble) et escalier un peu pénible en fin de parcours (quand on est chargé). Par ailleurs, logement bien agencé, mais d'autres points plutôt négatifs.....
