Appartement très bien situé car très proche du centre de Samoëns, donc on oublie la voiture et on retrouve goût à la marche. Vue magnifique sur le Criou. Appartement très bien équipé en accessoires de cuisine, il y a tout ce qu'il faut en grande quantité.

Logement en rez de jardin, décoration soignée. Manque de rangement. La literie des chambres correcte par contre le canapé-lit est à changer . La résidence est bien entretenue, la piscine et la grande salle de jeux est un plus.
